How do I get from Kish to the mainland or other cities?

It depends on whether you have a car and where you are going. The passenger ferry and flights carry people only. A car can only leave the island on the landing craft, which has its own ticket and schedule.

Passenger ferry and flights

Official Kish Ports data shows a passenger line between Charak and Kish in both directions. Times can change daily, and the ports authority publishes the status of each departure. We show no fixed ticket price; check the amount on the official portal when you buy.

Kish airport's official site lists live arrivals and departures. Flight service to Kish has fluctuated: a news outlet reported flights resuming on 20 Tir 1405 after a pause of about four months, so confirm your exact flight at the official source.

Taking a car

Cars leave only by landing craft to Charak or Aftab. The official portal asks for the car to be at the port at least 30 minutes before departure, says sailings run only in suitable weather, and warns that loading can delay a departure by up to 45 minutes. Island fines and any stay-limit charges are collected at the Kish port gate on exit.
